Our clinicians take a personalized approach with each client. We do not believe “one size fits all” and we are flexible with the approach and strategies that we use. We structure sessions to help clients recognize their feelings and needs while building on strengths to help set the groundwork for each client to meet their desired goals.
We understand that first visits can be overwhelming. During the first session, we will discuss the background and present concerns. You will only be asked to discuss topics that you are comfortable discussing. We see you as the expert on yourself and work hard to create a plan that meets your needs and fits with your beliefs, values and personality. All sessions are confidential.
What to Expect for your first appointment and arrival
Prior to your appointment please ensure that you have filled out all electronic forms. These forms arrive in your inbox after you book your first session. If you do not see the forms, please check your junk mail.
Please arrive on time for your appointment and have a seat in the waiting area. Please scan the QR code posted in the waiting area to notify us that you arrive. Your clinician will come and get you at your appointment time. Sessions are typically 50 minutes long.

FAQs
Cancelations
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Clients are responsible for the cost of sessions canceled less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled time.
If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so by logging into your account through our website. Please do so as soon as possible.
Cancellations for Krista can also be sent by text to (306) 531-3011. Please do not call this number as it is a text-only number.

Missed Appointments
Clients are responsible for full payment of missed or forgotten appointments. Email and text reminders are available to all clients. Missed appointments must be paid in full before a new appointment can be scheduled.
We understand that life can bring illness, unexpected obligations and/or emergencies.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, you will receive the remaining time allocated to your scheduled appointment. You will be billed for the full amount of the appointment duration you had reserved. Your clinician may leave the building if you have not arrived within 20 minutes of your scheduled time.
Payments
Our booking and billing system allows you to pay for sessions online through a secure payment system and to securely store a credit card for future billing if you choose. Receipts will be sent when payment is processed and can also be accessed through your online client account. Clients not wishing to pay online can e-transfer to:
